Since the release of the first Forrester New Wave™ report on Cybersecurity Risk Ratings in 2018, RiskRecon has continued to innovate as a leader in the space by growing it's third-party risk management customer base to more than 3,400 firms, increasing the number of companies we assess to over four million, and independently certified our assessment accuracy at 99.1%. 

More importantly, we have continued to build strong customer relationships by actively engaging with our customers to address any concerns, take feedback and enhancement our product. Quite frankly, our customers love working with us. Our Gartner Peer Reviews are the highest in the security ratings field, with an average score of 4.6 stars and we have achieved a customer retention rate of 95% three years in a row. 

As another sign of growth, our Partner Program continues to add world class integrations and partners including RSA Archer, Interos, Whitsic, and most recently, announcing an exclusive partnership with CyberGRX. 

Our product team also continues to build a best-in-class cybersecurity risk ratings solution for our customers and partners by releasing 50 significant product updates in 2020, including the release of a new scoring model aimed to provide the most accurate security rating in the market.
